North End is under way, with Goldman Sachs’ new Dallas HQ and The Park under construction in late 2023. High rise residential, hotel, and restaurants to follow, with additional office in future phases.

Located within downtown Dallas’s growth corridor between Klyde Warren Park and the emerging Field Street office cluster, North End adjacent to a planned DART transit station, and surrounded by notable cultural attractions such as the Perot Museum, DMA, and Dallas Symphony, along with destination restaurants, established hotels, and residential offerings.

The perimeter of The Park is largely car free, connecting the buildings to the outdoor space with pedestrian centered, walkable spaces. Pedestrian circulation is prioritized throughout, with raised vehicular access areas, parking, and servicing points at the perimeter.

Conceptual design for hotel + residential towers includes eating and gathering spaces overlooking the park.
