This 7 story mixed-use project anchors the entertainment district for downtown Scottsdale and the Phoenix metro area. The program includes 225 luxury guestrooms, surrounding a 2 story lobby and entertainment pool deck which is the heart of Starwood’s “W” experience.

Above the hotel are a level of “W” branded residences, with an exclusive entry and dedicated parking. Roku signature restaurant, Bliss Spa, and a ballroom + conference center activate the street frontage, with several entry points within a rough limestone facade.

The guestrooms are configured to maximize views to Camelback mountain, while wrapping around meeting and bar areas of the pool deck.

Each guestroom features a bathroom with natural daylight, as well as a french balcony equipped with an operable exterior louver panel to allow guests to enjoy fresh air without the heat and glare of Arizona’s sun.
